I had just accepted an offer on my Wisconsin property and was ready to begin a new chapter in my life – and then the Wisconsin sale delays began, resulting in collapse of the sale. Jacque was understanding of the seemingly endless delays and was always a calming voice on the other end of the phone, offering reassurances that both ‘deals’ would eventually go through. She was always in contact with me, my Wisconsin agent, and the title company, so all parties could remain on the same page (something my Wisconsin agent should have been doing all along). I feel her communication, understanding, and compassion helped ease the frustrations I felt through the whole Wisconsin ordeal; even though the Wisconsin ordeal wasn’t her responsibility. After more delays (more than 90 days) – I was finally able to close on the properties – both in Wisconsin and my new home in Florence Gardens and I was finally able to meet Jacque in person.
